Investors in US saw wealth worth $2.5 trillion (₹238.5 lakh crore) disappear in a single day as multiple asset classes bled, Bull Theory reported. S&P 500 crashed 1.65%, while Nasdaq dipped 2.6%, gold and silver fell 3.38% and 6.9%, and Bitcoin fell over 6.3%. This comes despite the US economy adding 1.72 lakh jobs in May, which is above estimates.
