The Odisha Vigilance Department uncovered two buildings and 20 plots worth crores during raids at properties of an Establishment Officer-cum-Office Superintendent of a state-run medical institute, Dhanurdhar Biswal. Vigilance officials also found cash worth ₹19.72 lakh, a truck, two tractors, and gold ornaments during the raid. Officials conducted searches at four locations linked to Biswal.
