40% of jobs should be reserved for humans: Bill Gates on 'turbulent AI era'

Microsoft Co-founder Bill Gates said society should reserve up to 40% of jobs for humans in the "turbulent AI era". Comparing the idea to nature reserves, Gates said "Human Reserved" jobs would be roles society could automate but chooses not to because "the loss would be too great". He also suggested taxing AI tokens and robots to address AI's impact.
