Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj on Saturday nominated a doctor and an academician for by-polls in two Assembly constituencies in Bihar. The party's Imamganj seat nominee Jitendra Paswan is a paediatrician while the Belaganj seat nominee Khilafat Hussain is an academician. Earlier, the party fielded ex-Vice Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Krishna Singh for by-poll to Tarari Assembly seat.
