The Allahabad High Court on Wednesday granted anticipatory bail to Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati in the Prayagraj POCSO Case. The court had reserved orders on Saraswati's anticipatory bail plea on February 27. Avimukteshwaranand is facing charges under the POCSO Act and BNS over alleged sexual abuse of minors during the recent Magh Mela. The FIR was lodged on February 21.
