Swatantra Bhardwaj sent to judicial custody in assault case

Swatantra Bhardwaj, arrested for allegedly assaulting a student activist's father at Delhi's Jantar Mantar in July, was questioned on 100+ points during police remand and he reportedly showed no remorse. He was sent to judicial custody after remand ended. Delhi Police added SC/ST Act and POCSO sections to the case.
