Tools for Humanity, the eye-scanning startup behind Sam Altman-linked World Identity verification project, is reportedly laying off employees to cut costs and streamline operations. The layoffs come days after Altman's OpenAI confidentially filed for IPO. The startup, which raised funds at a reported $2.5 billion valuation, is facing pressure to establish sustainable business model, a report said.
