Google Earth has launched its flight simulator on its web browser, allowing people to fly virtually. The feature had mostly remained hidden on its desktop version since 2007. Once launched, the simulator places users in control of a virtual aircraft that can soar above cities, coastlines, mountain ranges and famous landmarks.
