The 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack accused Tahawwur Rana's lawyer urged US Supreme Court to review lower court's decision to extradite him to India. The lawyer said extradition would violate the double jeopardy principle that prevents a person from being tried or punished twice for same offence. Rana is accused of assisting 10 LeT terrorists who attacked Mumbai in 2008.
