The building in Delhi that collapsed, resulting in the death of six people, had visible cracks and no emergency exit, residents said. The building, which had around 30 rooms and housed students, was a residential building, not intended for commercial use. The rooms were being rented out on a bed-by-bed basis, with rents varying depending on the floor.
