Russian President Vladimir Putin sacked Roscosmos chief Yuri Borisov on Thursday, the Kremlin announced, ending his two-and-a-half-year tenure, which was reportedly marked by setbacks at the space agency. Russia said it had "no complaints against Borisov" and described the reshuffle as a "planned rotation". Borisov was replaced by 39-year-old former Deputy Transportation Minister Dmitry Bakanov.
