Canva is offering departing employees at least six months' salary, company MacBooks, a year of LinkedIn Premium, career coaching and resume assistance. The package includes up to 12 months of healthcare coverage, continued access to its employee assistance programme and accelerated share vesting for recent hires. It is offering $10,000 grants to employees who want to establish a business.
