Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has criticised SEBI for refusing to disclose cases where chief Madhabi Puri Buch recused herself due to potential conflicts of interest in an RTI reply. "This makes a mockery of public accountability," Ramesh said. "The multiple conflicts of interest of the SEBI Chairperson that have been revealed so far are shocking in themselves," he added.
