Ex-IAS officer Divya Mittal's party to contest all 403 seats in UP polls

Divya Mittal, a 2013-batch IAS officer who recently took voluntary retirement, announced that her party, Jan Neeti Bharat, will contest the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election on all 403 seats. "I have come among the people so that we can establish people's rule. We need to bring JanNiti, not just politics," Divya said.
