Samsung Electronics is planning to raise Dynamic RAM (DRAM) prices by about 20% in the third quarter of FY27, the Korea Herald reported. The hike comes amid high demand for memory chips, driven by AI and electronic gadgets. The move comes days after Samsung, along with SK Hynix and Micron, was sued in the US over alleged DRAM supply manipulation.
