Gold futures rise ₹1,995, silver up ₹3,902 as rupee crosses 95-mark
The MCX gold June futures rose to ₹1,49,250 per 10 grams on Monday, marking a jump of ₹1,995 or nearly 1.4%. The MCX silver May futures also jumped by ₹3,902 or by over 1.7% to touch a high of ₹2,31,856 per kg. The rise comes after the rupee breached the 95-mark against the US dollar on Monday.
