Speaking about Candidates Tournament 2026 which will take place in Cyprus after one week, American Grandmaster and world number two Hikaru Nakamura said when power goes out, it doesn't come back for extended period of time. Nakamura, is believed to have set up pre-event camp in Cyprus for last two months. Cyprus is being dragged into ongoing Middle East war.
