Iran is running out of space to store its crude oil, with just 12 to 22 days of unused storage capacity remaining. After cutting 2.5 million barrel/day production since the start of war, Iran may cut output by another 1.5 million barrel/day by mid-May. US naval blockade has prevented two million barrel/day of Iranian oil from entering the world's markets.
