Jay, who won India's 1st-ever Asiad medal in soft tennis, was once a ball boy

India's Jay Meena, who won the country's first-ever Asian Games medal in soft tennis by clinching bronze on Wednesday, once served as a ball boy at school matches. Progressing through district, state and national levels, he started competing in international events by the age of 14. Meena also reached the quarter-finals at the Hangzhou Asian Games three years ago.
