Apple sued OpenAI, its ex-close partner, for stealing trade secrets to develop its consumer hardware. "This much is clear, however: at every level...OpenAI has been stealing Apple's trade secrets and confidential information," it said. It noted that its ex-VP Tang Tan, now OpenAI's hardware chief, directed Apple employees to share "actual parts" during their interviews' "show and tell" sessions.
