PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday laid the foundation stone of the Ken-Betwa River Linking National Project in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of ex-PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The ₹49,000-crore project, the country's first river-linking initiative under the national river interlinking policy, aims to address drought and migration issues in Bundelkhand region.
