Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal has backed teammate Pau Cubarsi to win Men's Young Talent of the Year at Ballon d'Or 2026. Taking to Instagram, Yamal wrote, "Pau Cubarsi, he's the only winner!!" after the nominations for the award were announced. Notably, both players have been nominated for the award, also known as the Kopa Trophy.
