Law university NLSIU cancels convocation after students oppose CJI, Bar Council chief as guests

Bengaluru's National Law School of India University (NLSIU) has cancelled its 34th Annual Convocation, citing "unavoidable circumstances". The university said students can either have their certificates sent to them by courier or choose to collect them from the campus. This comes after several NLSIU students had opposed CJI Surya Kant and BCI chairman Manan Kumar Mishra attending the convocation.
