Co-pilot of flydubai flight wanted to crash plane into Israel airport: UAE prosecutor

The axe-wielding co-pilot, who attacked Indian captain of a flydubai flight to Tel Aviv last month, wanted to seize control of the airplane and crash it into the passenger terminal at Israel's main international airport, UAE's top prosecutor said. The Omani national did so "with the intention of causing the greatest possible number of human casualties", the prosecutor added.
