Nearly one million people worldwide became millionaires in 2025, equivalent to more than 2,600 new millionaires every day, according to a report by Swiss bank UBS. Global personal wealth rose by 10.8% last year, compared with 4.6% in 2024 and 4.2% in 2023. The US accounted for nearly half of this growth, with over 440,000 people becoming new millionaires.
