Students and officials of Delhi University (DU) will be wearing traditional Indian attire instead of gowns and caps during its 99th convocation ceremony on February 25. "We have been planning this for quite some time...In the meetings held, we decided that the administration will wear different Indian traditional dresses and students will wear angavastras (stoles)," DU's Dean of Examination said.
