Women wrestlers challenge Brij Bhushan Singh's acquittal in sexual harassment case

Four women wrestlers have moved a Delhi sessions court, challenging the August 3 acquittal of former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and former assistant secretary Vinod Tomar in the sexual harassment case. Six women wrestlers, including Vinesh Phogat, had made the allegations in 2023. The fresh petition calls the acquittal "erroneous and unsustainable in law".
