The Delhi High Court on Friday refused interim relief to Google India in its appeal against a ruling holding it liable for trademark infringement in a dispute with Hindware. The court issued notice on Google's appeal but declined to stay the May 22 judgment. The earlier order directed Google to pay ₹30 lakh in damages.
