US probes Iranian claims of strike on wedding gathering

VP JD Vance said the US is investigating Iranian claims that a US strike hit a wedding in southern Iran on Sept 1, killing at least 4 and injuring 67. Vance expressed scepticism toward Iranian state media but affirmed the US "never targets civilians." Iran's Red Crescent has urged the ICC to investigate the incident.
