BMC orders theatre group to vacate Dadar parking facility

BMC has directed a theatre organisation to immediately vacate Vastu Central Building in Dadar, a public parking facility for 100+ vehicles. Allotted during COVID-19 under the Disaster Management Act, the premises have been used to store theatrical sets since June 2023. BMC warned of action under applicable provisions for non-compliance.
