A video of a couple kissing outside BJP MLA Rikesh Sen's office in Chhattisgarh's Vaishali Nagar has surfaced online. As per reports, the incident was an act of protest after Sen ran a drive to close several hotels in the area. Earlier, a video showed Sen asking couples to leave a park in Chhattisgarh.
