Ahead of the Gujarat civic body polls, Bharat Singh Vakhala, who filed nominations for the Pipero seat as a candidate of the BJP, Congress and AAP, has now officially submitted his "Form B" mandate for the BJP. His move is seen as a development in Dahod's tribal belt. Vakhala has previously contested Assembly elections on both Congress and AAP tickets.
