Bombay HC fixes proportionate land shares in Malad society dispute

The Bombay High Court set aside a Competent Authority order in a land dispute between Vardhman Nagar and Kent Heights housing societies in Malad West. Justice Sandeep Marne ruled land must be distributed proportionate to built-up area. Vardhman Nagar gets 5,302.68 sq m; Kent Heights gets 3,805.42 sq m. Matter remanded for fresh consideration.
