Union Minister Kiren Rijiju who is in Slovakia to see the evacuation of Indian students from Ukraine checked basic facilities for them. In a video shared by him on social media, Rijiju asked one of the Indians, "It is cold...you are wearing just a shirt. I feel cold looking at you." Other students standing there were seen laughing at this.
