A row has erupted after Karnataka Congress Chief BK Hariprasad allegedly said that those who kill cattle go to jail, while those who kill humans become Prime Ministers and Chief Ministers. Hariprasad reportedly also said that people have to either choose Mahatma Gandhi or Nathuram Godse in such times. BJP leader Bhaskar Rao said Hariprasad has 'hatred for the country'.
