US student helps protect dolphins from human harm with science

Ishanvi Sakharpe, a student from US' Virginia, is helping protect dolphins from harm caused by humans using science and technology. Sakharpe, a class 6 student, developed a project called Dolphin Guard with which she became a winner in the 3M Young Scientist Challenge. The project examines how scientific intervention can reduce dangers faced by dolphins before fatal encounters.
