Director Sooraj Barjatya recalled that actress Madhuri Dixit "insisted" on Salman Khan wearing a nightie in the song 'Didi Tera Devar Deewana' from the 1994 film 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!'. "Madhuri herself did Salman's makeup for the scene," he revealed. "This was a long and elaborate song that required 16 days of rehearsals and 9 days of filming," Barjatya stated.
