Votes of people in southern states will have little value after delimitation: Ex-SC judge

Raising concerns over the delimitation exercise that is expected to follow a fresh census, former Supreme Court judge Justice KM Joseph said that votes of people in southern states would be of little value relatively. "Being of little value equally means in substance that the proceedings in the Parliament will actually be of little meaning to us," he stated.
