Aimed at Trump, BRICS releases statement condemning unilateral tariffs

In a joint statement at BRICS Summit in Delhi, member countries said, "We voice serious concerns about rise of unilateral tariff and non-tariff measures which distort trade and are inconsistent with WTO rules." "We call for the elimination of such unlawful measures...We reaffirm our opposition to unilateral coercive measures," members added in a statement aimed at US President Donald Trump.
