IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals (RR), which are on sale, have received $1.3 billion (around ₹12,000 crore) takeover offer. The offer has come from a consortium led by US-based entrepreneur Kal Somani, who is already an investor in the team. The owner of RR has invited four groups to proceed to the next round of bidding.
