The International Boxing Association (IBA) has said that it will file criminal complaints against the IOC in the US, France and Switzerland. The Russian-led IBA, banned from the Olympics, cited a Donald Trump's executive order on transgender athletes. It claimed IOC allowing Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-ting to compete in women's boxing events could warrant criminal prosecution.
