Apple is charging buyers of iPhone 18 Pro models up to three times its estimated cost for storage upgrades, a Wall Street Journal analysis found. The 1TB upgrade costs Apple around $192 but comes with a $600 price premium, giving the company estimated gross profit of $408 on the upgrade alone. Apple makes an estimated $750 profit on 2TB upgrade.
