Shubman Gill becomes 1st batter in IPL history to score 2 hundreds in playoffs
GT skipper Shubman Gill has become the first batter in IPL history to score two hundreds in the playoffs. He achieved the feat after scoring 104 runs off 53 balls in Qualifier 2 of IPL 2026 against RR on Friday, hitting his fastest century in IPL. His first playoff century came against MI in Qualifier 2 of the 2023 season.
