A plane crashed in Colombia on Wednesday, killing all 15 people, including lawmaker Diogenes Quintero, Reuters reported. The Beechcraft 1900 twin-engined turboprop plane took off from Cucuta near the Venezuela border for a short flight to Ocana, but air traffic control lost contact with it 12 minutes after takeoff. The wreckage was later found in the Catatumbo region.
