The AQI in Delhi-NCR breached the 400 mark (severe+) on Monday, forcing the Commission for Air Quality Management, the anti-pollution panel, to impose GRAP-IV restrictions in the region. Under GRAP-IV, there will be restrictions on construction and demolition activities, entry of trucks, BS-IV and Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV) and Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) and physical school mode.
