When asked about the struggle to secure a platform for release of her film 'Sharmajee Ki Beti', director Tahira Kashyap said, "I've had breakdowns, testing days, and I've also cried." The film eventually got released on Amazon Prime on June 28. Talking about the OTT release, she said, "It was the most dignified option that was given to us."
