Rajasthan Royals (RR) had set aside ₹10 crore for then 13-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi in IPL 2025 auction, according to a report. Sooryavanshi, who turned 15 on Friday, was eventually bought for ₹1.1 crore by RR in that auction. Sooryavanshi scored 252 runs in seven innings in his maiden IPL season, slamming 24 sixes and 18 fours.
