UK arrests man over 1994 Rwandan genocide links

UK authorities arrested a 65-year-old man, originally from Kigali, charging him with one count of ancillary to genocide and six counts of aiding crimes against humanity in Rwanda's 1994 genocide. It marks the UK's first such arrest. Investigators opened the case in 2019 following a request by the Rwandan government.
