Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari responded to claims of E20 causing a drop in mileage, saying the metric isn't something people can check at home. He was responding to a reporter's claim that her vehicle's mileage dipped from 10 kmpl to 7 kmpl. "The [mileage tracking] machine isn't at anyone's home...Send cars to company-approved dealers [to check mileage]," he added.
