A man trained his dog to dump bags of garbage by the roadside to evade surveillance cameras installed to curb illegal waste disposal in Italy. In videos released by municipal police, a small dog was seen carrying a bag of rubbish in its mouth before neatly dropping it by the roadside. The man has reportedly been identified and fined.
