Tata, Maruti & Mahindra privately worried by E20 impurity, even as they deny it publicly: Report

Email exchanges between Tata, Maruti Suzuki and Mahindra have shown that India's top vehicle manufacturers are privately worried about contaminants like chloride and moisture in E20 damaging vehicles, Reuters reported. The emails showed contamination in E20 samples from 18 of the 21 states and UTs from which they were collected. Publicly, the companies continue to deny contamination risk in E20.
